Seedling Lighting

What's up fellow farmers?! I'm getting back in the game and I need a refresher course on seedling lighting. My seeds are starting to show their taproot, and I'm stumped as far as what lights I need. I have a 2x4 T-5 (which I'm sure is way too much), some spare 150w systems (again, way too much), and I also have a regular clamp on shop light that I use for my propagator.

Initially, I was thinking of just putting them under the shop light, but changing the bulb to get more residual heat. But I'm kinda stumped. Thoughts?

Right on. And thanks. Glad to be back. I've been gone for quite sometime. Happy to start up again.
