Seedling Lighting setup

This is my first grow. I am in the southeast US and getting a late start. I plan to start the plants inside and then move outdoors after a few weeks.
I popped 6 seeds and transplanted them in small containers in some seed starting soil. Day 2 and they are all poking through the soil.
So,... I’ve had them in a window for 2 days and they probably only get direct sunlight for about 3-4 hours.
Today I threw together a little mini-growhouse and mounted a single, 14w 3000k, 1300 lumen LED recessed can light in the top about 12 inches from the top of the soil.
Is this too much light, wrong kind, not enough, etc...
Should I give it a shot for several hours a day or just go back to the window until I come up with a better plan?
I just don’t want to kill them! 9669BD1E-80B0-481A-9140-FB766868D87F.jpeg9A0C7AD5-B79F-4F72-84C0-65204900F123.jpeg

That should be fine for seedlings. Keep giving them as much direct sunlight as you can so they will be used to it when you move them outdoors.
