Seedling leaves are burning from tips?

Just noticed yesterday that my seedling leaves are burning what could I do to prevent that from happening?

Start them in seedling soil next time.

Feed from second week. I start with aquarium water as it is very mild.
There should be only enough water in the starter to germinate the seed and keep it moist-ish for the first week. Water after the first week.

No nutrients from seed till you see fade and use a lite mix to start em in.
