seedling issues

So I have 3 seedlings each showing their second set of leaves. And looking good so far, but the stem on one of them isn't looking as good as the others. It is thin and light green, and the others are a bit thicker and darker in color. I also noticed that the two with the nice looking stems have kind of a fuzzy look to them, like they have tiny little white hairs. The one I'm worried about has no fuzz, but the leaves are growing at a faster rate than the other two...

Is it some kind of deficiency, or is it just genetics?

They were all started in Rockwood that I made a hole in and filled with seed starting mix.

they are perfect. Do not fertilize them until they are bigger. Just use ph water and that is all you need to do for the first couple weeks! nice :)
