Hi i have a feminized white widow seedling and i think its dying off. Its yellowing and curling up.

I have a t8 flureoscent bulb about 8-10 in from plant. I have miracle gro seed starting potting mix.
I Spray them with a water bottle a few times daily.
Temp stays between 70 and 80 for most part. And humidity between 37-44% at most times.
And originally i had it going at 24 hours for a lil over a week but now im shifting towards 18-6
Funny thing is i got 2 mexican brick seedlings going and their both
wayy healthier and bigger.

Can someone tell me whats causing this please?

Doesn't look too good. First off move the light closer (2-6 inches, shoot for 4.) It looks like strechting. And it seems like nute burn from over watering the MG

I cant see with that pic but why are the roots above the medium? not good, re pot it into potting mix/perlite or just cover the roots and reduce watering.

Yeah That might just be the pic itself. The roots arent above the medium though. They're in 4 inch Bio Degradable containers right now. Spraying a few times a with a water bottle isn't too much while they're this young?

yah bro, im 99% sure thats over nute. i am currently growing white widow as well and mine looked exactly like that when i accidentally gave them too strong nutes within the first two weeks.

EDIT: its also probably due to over watering it with the spray bottle as well. they should be watered every few days max, the spray bottle is probably stressing it a lot.

See other than what was already in the potting mix, i didnt add any nutes myself. I moved the light within 4 inches now too. And are you sure i should be watering it every other day instead? Since im only using a spray bottle i've only been watering it when the top of the soil is dry

There is wet soil under the top lol u need to stick your finger in it or lift the feel how heavy it is. The spray bottle is fine to do. I do it twice a day until flowering then never. I like to cool them a little during their day. And miracle grow is not a good.seeding soil has nutes which weed don't like until about two weeks but about a 1/4 strength
