Seedling help please! ideas needed!

So I was getting ready to start my first grow journal, and go to take a couple pictures and gently bumped a pot and the seedling falls over slowly! I immediately propped it back up against an empty water bottle.
This is my tallest seedling by about 2", (she's about 5" tall others are 3-3.5") she was the last to sprout, but since has outgrown most the others. Here's a pic of her right before , and her with her makeshift seedling holder-upper thingy, that's the technical term.
So any ideas to keep her propped up, or is this ok? Do you think the fall damaged her?
I just got my fan in today, that tall girl out grew my timeframe, I'm going to add fan on low to get them moving a bit. I guess it was going along too smoothly, the ganja gods gave me a little reminder that it can go sideways at any moment, so don't get cocky, lol.
Please! Ideas and thoughts welcome/needed.20190831_160934.jpg 20190902_000959.jpg 20190902_002934_HDR.jpg 20190902_002958_HDR.jpg 20190902_002944.jpg

Take that plastic out of the pot and find another way to prop it. I’d just lay something like a long pencil across the pot and let it lean on it. What kind of light are you using? When the baby stalk starts to toughen up in a week and a half or so, you can add some more dirt to pot to help keep it up.

You can use mostly anything to prop-up seedlings... like, kabob sticks, coffee stirrers, even straws, with bread ties, or trash bag ties, or even chenille stems < pipe cleaners!

Thanks for the ideas! I think a combo of both ideas will work. I have kabob sticks, and the pot it's in will allow it to go horizontally across to lean on. I'll give it a shot.

The light is a 600w 3 light COB. I've got it at about 33-34" started at around 39-40" like the manuf said to. Not sure when to lower?
I can say the light is super quiet, for having 3 fans, and very cool to touch. There are heat sinks down the whole thing and the fans cool the heat sinks.

It’s a healthy little seedling so far. I’m not a fan of sticking anything into the dirt when delicate roots are trying to develop from such a young sprout but that’s probably just me being overly cautious. I won’t use stakes in flower either.
