seedling help please help

so im growing hydro using soilless substrate using the auto pot system only growing 2 plants under cfl 175watts it is about 8 inches away from top of plant my p.h is 5.6 this my second grow but first hydro, used rapid rooter i think i left the older one (with brown dots on leaves) to long in the tray roots where like 5 inches long my older one is turning yellow leaves r dying on my other seedling my tips r browning

so what do you want help with? something is definitely wrong. You left the "older one" too long in the tray, which explains the roots. the leaves may be turning yellow on your other one from a variety of things, i need more information. and tips of the leaves browning can also be a number of things, anywhere from the heat, the heat of the lights, the size of the container, the pH...

hey im about to delete this i posted a similiar one with pics i just need to know if is it worth it to keep it alive or just start over
