Seedling help needed. Just stopped growing. Plz help.

Hello all. trying to learn what i can about this amazing plant but can't find info I need so I posted a pic of my THC Bomb feminized seedling for analysis. This seed sprouted 4 days after germinating. I put it under 260x pro grow led light in dwc bucket with trace amount of advanced nutrients ph perfect and cal mag.(using RO water). this pic was taken today 12-16-13 and first sprouted 14 days ago. obvious problem but I'm not sure what. just recently harvested 2 short rider autos with nice yield. did everything the same i thought. only difference was that i used RO water for germinating on this one, but tap water at 220ppm for the previous plants. any help would be greatly appreciated. just trying to put some quality medicine in the air! If you havnt changed growing methods then its the seed, its retarded either from poor breeding or its old. Not much you can do its got no hope bro.

Is your nutrient solution reaching the root zone? If so, I would guess you have an unstable strain and got a genetic weakling...just bad luck.

It looks like your LED light is too close to the plant. Its not heat stress! The blue spectrum diodes of your led are turning oxygen into ozone.
Ozone is an unstable compound which will burn your plant in high concentration. Keep your led 24" above your plant.
Using nuts at this stage is bad idea too.
