SEEDLING GROWTH RATE1

I have a Black Widow seedling which is now 11 days old. It is in a styrofoam cup with perlite etc. I give it a little water each day. It is under a 300 watt LED light which is about 6" from the plant. The plant is about 2" tall. It has 4 leaves on it. I was wondering, when will this plant begin to take-off?

Should be anyday now. Mine all slowed down around this period and then started to blow up several days later

I had 2 seedlings that were only about 2 to 3 " tall after 3 weeks. They seemed slow and stunted. It was recommended I re pot into larger pots. They were in red solo cups. I added larger pots, more soil and watered and they really took off in one day. Evidently they like the new soil to stretch roots in and get fresh neuts. So dont be shy to put in a bit larger pot.
I have one more re pot before they flip to flower.

300W LED 6" from the plant is way too close, plus you dont need to water seedlings every day.
