Seed Viability

From time to time I pollinate a very special find for seeds and fine tuning. I don't know what gives, but my seeds are always full sized. WTF is it they do which makes them small? Give a shout if you succeed:blsmoke:...
I've found that indica seeds tend to be bigger than sativa and polyhybrids can be all over the map size wise. You can't really use seed size as a measure of viability unless of course it's a small underdeveloped seed. But those are easy to spot and shouldn't be ending up in packs that are being sold.

Here's some seeds I raised. Different size but all very viable.

Full dark and striated. From mature plants.

Most commercial seeds are from less than mature plants.

I would have thought refrigeration would dry them out.
I have mine in a Dramamine bottle in my desk.
I have them in sub zero freezer in airtight case as well as everywhere in ziplocks or glass vials. I think it is just no air circulation and no toasting if stored in the biggest factor, dark.

The seeds I got from Archive were tiny little shits. So I can see it.
I wonder why they wouldn’t run their seeded females all the way. They are in the seed business after all.

Sorry to say but, it's all money related. If they short each grow by 1 1/2 weeks, they can get another grow per year? Let's just be fair to each other:idea:...

It's always about the $. Wish I could do my own seeds but my grow is already mental'so many strains photos, autos, not to mention a couple hundred clones. I would have to have another isolated spot, just to much w/work the house and everything else. If I tried it in my spot there would be so much pollen drift I would'nt know WTF is going on it would be a circus of bastardry. Plus EVERYBODY wants sensimellia. ccguns
