congrats on the girl,,so what has your experiment proved,,in a scientific way,,all you did was show that you can 12/12 a seed,,from day one,,and around 30 -40 days it will show you it's sex,,but they will show you that anyway in the same time,,ok,,you showed it's possible to end up with a female,,12/12'ing it from day 1,,thats good,,what your not showing,,is the mass of growth you lost,,by not giving it more light during it's veg state,,, but still good job,,hope you take her all the way

Hole - good point. I'm not worried about the growth loss. I'm just curious how this plant will turn out using 12/12 from seed. This isn't my only plant, so yield isn't important on this one. By the way, she is really starting to show now, more white hairs on top.

there's really nothing experimental. if you dont veg you dont get growth, without big leaves you cannot capture light efficiently. what are you proving that hasn't been proven i guess is where i'm confused?

Well done Chicago, I'm also doing a seed to flower grow. Mine have been through a lot of stress and should be much bigger but here are some pics from yesterday at 54 days 12 into flowering. Good luck!

Day 42. She's looking real good, more white hairs coming out every day. It will be interesting to see how she turns out.

Day 14. She's 4 inches tall and already showed sex today. She has been on 12/12 from seed just like the other. It's wierd that this one already showed and the other took almost 40 days. I have no clue what strain it is, just good bagseed. I included pictures of the white hairs coming out already.

that is really weird, i wonder why one took so lone, when the second one only took 2 weeks. was there ANYTHING different in the way it was brought up? was it a clone, or seed? is there any diff between the two?

Nothing was done different. They were both seeds. Probably different strains, but they were brought up the same.

Day 44. Still looking good. Lots more white hairs all over.
I added Mylar and (2) 100 Watt HPS Lights to my grow room today and got rid of some but not all of my CFL's. I hope to see some good results.
