Seed Production. A Tutorial

I thought you dont actually consider it a new strain until you have grown the seed you produced to completion. Also the stability comes from allowing your new seeds to then propagate each other again to get the strains 1st generation or would this be considered the 2nd generation? This may even be the real strain produced after mating two of the new seeds together. I am sure someone will clarify this. Sorry if this was already explained I don't remember where this thread ended when I last checked, I think the weed makes me forget dates and things sometimes go figure.

thanks fdd again lol. just pollenated for my first intentional cross. hell yeah. using cannalope haze male on northern lights and wonderberry females. When backcrossing should you cross back to the male or the female? or is it just preference of the traits I want?

(Butters) grew tons of autoflower seeds... I don't remember the exact count, but I swear he said it was over 2,000!!! (He freely admitted that he overdid the pollination quite a bit. lol)

My seeds just started turning from green to brown kinda gray looking right now. They've been pollinated for 3 weeks i think. it's cool cuz the "stripes" on the seeds are green right now. How long until they are gonna be done? like a week or two probably? thanks

stripes on the seed? sounds like hijack beans. the hijack beans remind me of a tiger shark for some strange reason. one of the most beautiful beans I seen

Wrong thread to ask that, 808. There are threads on RIU that are dedicated to (arguing about) breeding feminized seeds. ;)

what would happen if you took pollen from male strain a and mixed it with pollen from male strain b then impregnated a femal with the mixed pollens
