Seed leaves curling down?

What is the cause of this? It is the second time the starter leaves curl downwards. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Way too much water.

You're gonna drown that baby. Far too much water for the roots to get air and the leaves to expirate.

leave her at the back of your pc to dry in a warm wind .lol
