How’s your collections looking? Starting to become more interested in collecting than I am growing....... just kidding. Still have quite a ways to go before I cover most of the strains I’m after.
Currently growing....
Photos- Mimosa Champagne, La Confidential, White Rhino
Autos- Canna Cheese and Double Grape from Mephisto. Love to see what everyone is stocked up on, and to get some suggestions to add to my list. Happy growing everyone!

I have 132 jaws genetics packs alone from 2014-present.

Thats just 1 breeder

So yours is def a good starter size.

Start thinking about proper long term storage..or alternatively buy packs that a fresh made beans to ensure viability.

Seed & strain reviews sections has multiple threads similar to yours..your not the only one.

We meet on sundays.

It gets addictive doesn’t it.. makes you think you wish you could germinate half as fast as you purchase, let alone harvest

Im sure I’m not alone. I just started this collection less than 6 months ago, but I’ve been growing for quite some time. I used to purchase what I wanted to grow and that was it. But as my grow operation expanded, so did my collecting. Wasn’t really into the whole autoflower scene, but I was intrigued by their finishing times and said why not give it a shot. This forced me to get a new set up for my auto runs due to conflicting light schedules. I grow for my wife, so strain hunting is becoming important to find what works for her ailments, lupus sucks. But where can I find these Sunday meet ups?

So im looking at long term storage my self...i was wondering how i could dry my seeds before storage. I thought about using damprid but would that turn them to shit and over dry them?

it sure does. 3 tents is about as much as I’m willing to deal with, so I’m harvesting monthly. Took a while to get my perpetual grow back due to some purchased clones giving me a pretty bad spider mite infestation. Wont be doing that again.

I feel you.. im on the other side of the spectrum, im acually getting rid of a room and once i harvest calling it off for a good while, i bought too many seeds to be happy and quite though.. good thing i sourced for some long gone classics

i haven’t really given storage any thought. A lot of my seeds are autos, so there won’t be any cloning going on, one shot grows and that’s it. So I figured they wouldn’t be around that long anyway. Storing my harvest is no problem. But good idea on getting strains that might not be around anymore. Might have to look a bit deeper into this whole storage thing. The white rhino I have is the oldest seeds I have. Had them for over 2 years. Just popped one a little over 4 months ago and it sprouted with no problem. I keep my seeds in a cool dark place, but maybe that won’t work for long term storage.

I'd like to know about seed long-term storage as well.
I got caught up in the shopping craze myself and currently own about 20-30 different strains. All Autos.
However I can only run 2 at a time. Would be a shame to lose some of them due to "old age".
They are all 1/1 packages and currently I have 100% germ rate so they are good seeds.

I've pretty much only grown genetics from Canuk Seeds I've done one strain from G13 Labs.

This is what I have now -
Canuk Seeds: Original Skunk #1, Original Afghani #1, Coco Melon, Agent Orange, Bruce Banner, Strawberry Cough, Strawberry Banana, Train Wreck, Northern Lights, and one Cheese Auto.

What I've grown befor -
G13 Labs: Maltezerz
Canuk Seeds: Afghan Hash, Cement Shoes, King Tut, Green Crack, Critical Mass, Do-Si-Dos, White Rhino, and Northern Lights Fast.

One of the limited edition packs that comes with 5 strains.

I also keep my seeds in the fridge how long do you think they last in there?

Ok thats good enough for me right now. I usually only have around 50 seeds at a time, just enough to keep me going with a perpetual grow. I also try new strains every grow so I don't usually have the seeds for long, But I'm probably going to start buying some strains I've liked just to keep them incase it gets hard to find them again.
