Seed Banks in USA?

Is likely that seeds costing 20 dollars will be premium?

The reason i ask is I'm planning on ordering from the USA and idk if i should spend a lot on one pack of seed or buy more packs of cheaper seeds?
I can't vouch for them yet. Randall from Swarley Seeds appears to have a good reputation with those whom did business with him here on RIU, and he recommended the site I posted above. That's all I've got at the moment.

Every seed purchase from a new business is a gamble for me. That's why I've only used two services in the last 13 years. But I don't want to deal with overseas/customs shipments, especially with all the Covid delays, and North Atlantic Seeds is out of stock for everything I needed. I'm on a strict budget right now, so I figured if I'm going to gamble, less money means less loss. lol

I can update once I've received the order and germinated some seeds, if you'd like.

Id ask AKBB for a seed list. Or wait for Cricketts, and Cicada/Bob Hemphill to drop the Puck HP BC2, and its hybrids. Those probably wont be cheap, but many keepers, and will probably be hard to choose which one to keep as a mother.

Is this the ones you're referring to?
I've a £150 to spend so most of them are within my budget.

I follow Bob on Instagram, and wait for the release.

3 that I've used recently, and this has been since Christmas, Hembra-delivered from West Coast to MI 3 days from order.
D.C. Seed Exchange-great communication, awesome freebies, good shipping. Seed cellar-2 days to my mail box, but only had to go 85 miles, nice freebies. JBC and Great Lakes are probably going to be my next couple.

Back when I started growing, you couldn't get any seeds in the USA. I love that we finally have so many options now, without waiting on pins and needles for shipments to pass customs.
