With the legality of hemp seed sales, has anyone established a forum for growers to buy and sell seeds to each other (not through a bank)? Like eBay, but "Seed-bay." I seem to buy more than I can grow out. While I understand prohibition against other kinds of sales, aren't seeds an exception?

yeh but the issue would be how do we know they are what you say is in the packet, and if they have been stored correctly and if they will even germ, same as strainly
