All i have really done is made my plants big by crossing them with a good mostly sativa to try to get the great smoke that we get from small yielding plants in a big plant.

All of my pppxblueberry pure are fairly small plants,seriously strong and nice to smoke,but low yielding,now i have a huge plant that seems to be producing trics like the pure but with huge heavy buds.

march 28th i am going to set as the last day of light, 75 days of flowering. march 29th will be set aside for a 24 hours dark period. Then the 30th i cut down.

mmmm... how sweet do those plants look!!

It's funny. I have quite a few books on growing. My Jorge Cervantes book says cut at end of light cycle because the plant would have a full day of THC production... BUT my Marijuana Botany (which I believe) says, that light and heat degrade the THC content so you should,as you say,give it more dark time and cut as soon as the light turns on.

You believe the same, assume?

Yea i read Jorges ultimate grow guide. He mentions briefly, a 24-48 hour dark period. I myself have tried both and i believe i see much better results from the dark period. Tried the idea with hermies cause my first grow went down the shitter. As for drying and curing i am going to hang dry after the 24 hour dark period. there they will dry in total darkness for 8 days. I am going to cut alot of the branches into smaller sections so they dry quicker. I am going to jar cure with 7 different jars. One for each plant. popping each jar top open for 15 minutes every 4-6 hours. The jars will be in the dark and i will do this for 2 weeks before i try it. Thanks for the compliment dude. :hump:

2 weeks... god dayym i'm lucky if i get 6 days i made my own lil bud dryer i use that the first 2 -3 days then into jars and i'm pinchin by day 5 hehe

I harvested two plants. The lighter purple has clowdy trichs with some amber and almost no clear. The darker has a lot of amber trichs and a few clear.

Thanks so much man. I have had different opinions about what type of seeds i really got from nirvana. I ordered PPP feminized. Pure Power Plant. A few people think they sent me a different strain.
