Second grow. 4th week into flowering.

This is my second grow ever. Just wondering if i should chop fans or let it ride. Led light with veg and bloom mode running. 1000watt led and the right one idk ill have to relook at it. Any tips for better yeld and quality.

How big is the tent? i personally love hps and mh bulbs. i have always had better luck with hps in flower and mh in veg. and they can be bought from amazon 1000watt about 200$. big draw back is more electric and heat. but if those are not an issue for you to deal with. i would suggest depending on size of tent, a 600w hps bulb.

If however increased heat and electric costs are something you are trying to avoid, a simple spider farmer sf1000 or mars hydro ts600w or for a few dollars more the mars hydro ts1000 are viable options...but your footprint for flower will be roughly only 2ft...so you will need it along side your existing light.

Are you handy with DIY? There are options to build your own LED lights and there are other affordable options on Alibaba website as well however I know nothing about that, you will need to do more research.

Yea i could try to build one my wife is a electrical engineer and i mess around my self with wireing. The tent is a 4ft by 4ft. Also heat is a issue around 85 to 87 max heat and low of 76 to 79 degrees. Electric cost is just added to my electric bill which i dont worry to much. Ill also look into the 2 lights you stated. So far do you think they will produce anything decent or need cut or feed differently. Been feeding the, liquid seaweed once every week and fox farms tigerbloom probably once every 2 to 4 days.

Your wife is an EE and allowed you to buy that light :o Ask her to choose your next light, or build it for you guys.

Yea i started to flower mine on the 16th of june. Yours dose have alot more mass. What light you running.

Yea i will. Your not wrong. He built his own light and i got his old kit for like 100$ for the 2 lights and tent and nutrients.

They will come in handy for cloning and vegging and seedlings. But you need to look at close to a grand for a good flower light unless you want to go HID. So let her choose. She will understand why she needs to spend more.

Also show her some of the LED gods here like @Lordhooha

Looks killer bro amazing job. Yea i should save back. Think anyway to salvage what i got with the lights i do have till i can get a better light or more lights. Should i lower them more bring the two i have closer or farther apart. Should i just runs these out and save up for a better light for my next grow. I got mountain berry seed and some headstash and gog #3

I'd just run them.and get some real lighting. Stop messing with the purple monsters
