seccond grow ( last one was trial, waiting for it to finnish)

hey every one, im currently waiting on my first grow to finnish and then ill be starting this one.
first of all im purchasing 3 afghan kush ryders off attitude .so while im waiting for them to arrive im going out to get more eqquipment.
im using the 200 watt per plant method with cfls, so im going for 2 X 20 watts = 100 watt per bulb. so in total 6 bulbs for the whole crop.
also i was told just to go for red spectrum (2700k) lights to use during the whole cycle as they are auto flowering is this ok? its working great on my current grow, but im just curious.

im trying to get hold of some mylar atm and im going out to buy a new fan.

the cupboard is a bout 5 1/2 foot by 2 1/2 by 2 1/2.

i was considering bulding a simple hydro system aswell but i dunno if it will be worth it.

right, my parents arent allowing me to grow in the big cupboard this time, so im going to clear under my desk and tape the mylar round the sides when i get it and have the lights hanging under neath the top bit of the desk.
considering i have no door on my desk gonna get a thick piece of black out curtain from some old curtains and use this as the door and light blocker thing.

also since im not using nutes on my first grow, im wondering, what nutes shall i use for flowering on this one and how much?

another newb question....can i do the LST method on autoflowering lowryders?
