they prob put obs on your home,c how many visitors,yep and look in rubbish,prob c what they can c when u not around, they can check your messages on your mobile phone 2 years back. sure they could soon get a warrant.had me 3 times.

The level of evidence a copper brings before a judge determines whether a warrant is issued.

Under the Fourth Amendment, searches must be reasonable and specific. This means that a search warrant must be specific as to the specified object to be searched for and the place to be searched. Other items, rooms, outbuildings, persons, vehicles, etc. may require additional search warrants.

I learned a few things putting a wife through law school. For instance, the warrant must be completely correct. If the document lists the wrong address resulting from a typographical error, they are fucked and must return to the judge to get a valid warrant. Examine any warrant carefully and do not let them in without one. In fact, don't talk to them at all - warrant or not.
