Sea of grean ????

hey guys i was just wondering about this whole sea of green concept. you know about having a cycle where u yeild every2 weeks or month. does anybody know how this work and cna u use it in a soil pot system?

also whats the best indoor yeidling 8 week strains for soil out there?
