Tying/training is ok it the 1st 1 1/2 weeks or so - I do it all the time.
I'll post up a current pic when they wake up.

Yes that will work, they will really start putting tension on the netting so make sure scrog is held down. Good luck

It looks to me like you are right about where you'll be in cruise very soon.
I'm still taking off the odd large fan that is shading a good bud site - not everyone agrees on this but it has worked for me very well for many years.

Cool thanx ! And right on ! With your help haha I would've flipped when I posted and I see a lot of people don't even fill the screens.... How do you deal with humidity ? There pretty crowded and want to take some mold prevention measure. I was thinking of 1 of hose mini dehumidifier with the moisture absorbing crystals

yeah it's a jungle in there I will be halving or cutting the leaves up until there in full bloom mode(for bud sites) i personally take leaves off for sites as well ..

As for humidity, it's pretty cool here now and I keep 2 circulating fans running 24/7 - one under and one over the canopy, in addition to the intake & extraction fans that run on a thermostat.
Also, I always water at lights on so as the humidity level can stabilize & lower through the 12 hours of lights on period.
I've never had a problem with mold (please find a chunk of wood to knock on for me) - but it seems to work.

Will post up a couple of new pic's tomorrow or Sunday.

BTW, Happy Good Friday & Easter.

So note to self and anybody new to scrog defenitly a good idea to feed them before training them through screen (broke a couple branches :/ ) should have feed first. Anyway 50 zip ties later I think I'm done tying down my back hurts tying down every day! For Atleast an hour

The training period can be trying on you physically - there is light at the end of the tunnel though.

Good luck mate, I've just flipped to 12/12 yesterday with my scrog grow as well, I love those couple of weeks of stretch, always something to do once you open that door.

* Update as of last night *

Training is almost over which is great for both the plants and me. It's quite a bit of work for yours truly and the plants don't look like they appreciate the man handling too much either.

The pictured hook is what I speak of when I talk about weighing down the taller sites - it is .162" house hold uninsulated copper ground wire. I typically only leave them on for 24 - 48 hours.

Before and after tie down day 7 from 12/12
More zip ties later and a Good 2.5 hrs worth of training . Man you have to get creative with it when you get this full!

nothing like yours but they are coming along pretty good

@GreatwhiteNorth what you think man should I do another tie down or let them reach up now ? Canopy is pretty even Day 9 since 12/12

They will actually let you know when it's time to stop - they will quit stretching which I will bet they have about now (or will within the next couple of days)
