That all really depends on what kind of strain/pheno this is. If you know its a very stretchy sativa, then yes, youd definitely want to flower it, and if its a little short indica pheno, let it go another 2-3 days then flip IMO.
flip now
How much you think it will stretch up? I'm working with a lot of limited height. So trying to figure out a plan B just in case I need to do some LST during flowering to make sure I have plenty of height. I think I will have enough height just a little nervous lol I'll have to cut some fan leaves probably to make sure they don't block any colas when they get swolle lolflip now

Count on it doubling and then some for some strains. If you can tell some tops are getting out of hand just pinch them and keep em even with everything else.
I
I'm a little stoned right now lol but you literally mean just top it even while it flower?
no just crack the stem with your fingers, it will slow growth on that node thats too tall.
I would recommend you continue to train it under the screen for the first 14 days of Flower, they will keep stretching, Im on day 16F with some headband clones, and they're still stretching, it will help you fill out the screen and keep the canopy an even height.Alright cool. I'm only in my 3rd day of flowering so I trained them under the screen one more time. It really helped finish filling it out. Now I'm just going to let then go up through the screen. Thanks for the advice man

Depends on the strain, but sativa dom hybrids saverage 2weeks stretch, and it speeds up, mine stretched about 1-2 inches a day.Ok cool. This is my first real scrog. Last one kinda ended up being an LST. So I'm still new to the scrog part. But I've seen what a good scrog can yield and I only grow one or two at a time if I can double or triple my yield from going vertical to scrog I said why am I not doing that. So for the first 2 weeks keep training them under the screen. Makes sense at least for a hybrid strain leaning more towards sativa. I woke up this morning and they were still stretching out I was like wtf am I going to do. When do they really stop stretching out? Or is it something that will happen periodically all through out the flowering phase?

You can bend the shoots and tie them down as they go throug the screen again and again. make that bitch a carpet
the whole idea is to not let it go up, you want to keep it all at the same height so it gets even light penetration. This is about how much room I have to go up.
yup, yup, yup! with that small of a screen, you may have already waited too long to flip.the whole idea is to not let it go up, you want to keep it all at the same height so it gets even light penetration.
