SCROG, LST, or let it be?

Okay, so my plants are on Day 25 of their growth and I will be starting to flower them soon. The question I have is whether or not I should try to introduce a screen, start to LST, or just leave them be (too late).

I am just trying to figure out how much of a yield increase I could get with one of those methods (at first I was set on the LST method due to the amount of light hitting each cola). Also, at this point in time do I still have time to try and do something?

Here are the pics of my current grow, and any comments are GREATLY appreciated:

Thanks (and yes I know the second plant is having heat issues; they are now fixed).

If the plants have not gotten "woody", I would pull them over now. Doing a scrog is kind of a hassle and you would need to veg longer. It's up to you.

Okay, any more details on what "woody" would be like? The stems are getting kind of thick (I'd say around 1/2'') but I might try to do the LST at least on the smaller plant (the one that looks bad hah).

Any more descriptions on woody would be helpful though, thanks.

Woody means that the stems are not very green and soft, but tough and hard to bend. If they are soft, start by pulling it over just a little every day until the main top is lower then the others.

You'll potentially get a heavier harvest by doing a ScrOG, but that's because you'd have to veg for longer. The only bad thing is that once they're in the screen, the plants are harder to move and are harder to access. This problem can be solved by creating independent screens that attach to the pots so you can still access them.

Like stated above, scrogs can be a hassle, as I did one and hated the fact that I could not move the plants. I also saw no increase in yield, but I'm not a scrog master. With LST I easily harvested 2 lbs or more under a 1000.

Okay thanks for the help guys, I'll be LSTing the plants then hopefully, since I don't really want to bother with the screen and am trying to get this all done before 4/20 :D
