SCROG and Supercropping Out of the question?

I am looking to get the highest possible yield from the 4 plants I have now, because unfortunately the Super Skunk and Berry Bomb didn't make it. So I have Purple Trainwreck (bag seed), White Widow (Seedsman), Northern Lights (Ministry of Cannabis), and Critical Mass (GYO Seedbank) that I am working with. Still not sure if the purple trainwreck is female or not, so I could possibly only have 3, but I digress.

Of all the strategies I have seen I think I would like SCROG and supercropping the best, but they are never mentioned together. So would it be possible to SCROG and supercrop or is that too much stress? Sorry in advance for the noob question.

Supercrop anytime. SCROG with different strains? So long as you can easily access every plant. Especially after they finish and you need them out.
I bought the flexible scrog net from growers nets on Amazon, after I read some scrog grow journals. Was going to build one from coated wire, but some people cited the lack of accessibility. This net comes with a second net with bigger holes to support the buds and the lower net should help with access in the 5 x 5 (hopefully).

I’ve always scrog’d With 2$ Home Depot net lol work fine. Super crop too! I started recently and the plants LOVE IT. It takes practice though. So if you’re like me, have toothpicks and duct tape ready :p

What would you recommend scrog with? It's supposed to be pretty tight in the 5 x 5 but still be flexible.
Ive used netting and wire with large and small holes.

But my plants push a floppy net up which I don't like.

I prefer a stiff medium with small ish 4 inch holes because it has more surface area to work with.

However anything smaller becomes a pain in the ass.
