scrog and sog

could you guys tell me or give me a links that have been posted here,
on everything im might need to know about when to place the screen above the plants? , and do i bend the stems(lst) to get the side shoots to the screen?

Also what you guy think about doing a sog with 30 3litre pots in soil,600watt hps, Would the pots be too small or can i do all the way with the 3litre pots?

3 litre pots should be suffecient as long as u dont let them get that big. how long are you going to veg for?

veg it for 2-3 weeks , i cant seem to find other scrog grows at the serch ,would like to see some pictures
