Scrawny house plant is budding

i have a house plant....was given some seeds from a guy at work..the lit with the seeds says they are millennium bud....it sits in the window for sunlight.....it is about 9inches tall now....has 4 stems each with a 5 fingure leaf on it....but it is budding now....has 4 buds with white hairs..the buds are about an inch tall maybe a little smaller....should i let it bud out or should i pull the buds off it....seems a bit scrawny to be budding.....

Call up someone that knows what to do with it and give it to them as a gift. You dont deserve to have it. If you dont understand the simple principals of growing and Why it is budding you shouldnt have it.

If you arent going to put any effort into it, just leave it where it is. When the hairs turn orange, pick it and smoke it. Thats the best advice I can give to someone who doesnt give a crap about their plant. ;-)

ive never heard of anyone ripping the buds off a budding plant to try and get it back into vedge.

hahaha.
