I know what I'm gonna have later! Last nice bottle was some of this

@manfredo....ever hear of it? It was pretty good. Tasted a little young but good.
I think I read something about them. There have been a bunch of distilleries open in the state lately, as well as micro breweries, and the finger lakes region is a huge wine producer...and all these places cater to tourism....or they did until Covid. My sisters love to visit the wineries when they visit, located on the finger lakes.

A lot of these distilleries are producing hand sanitizer currently.

It's warwick valley winery. I grew up down that way......was my backyard. Still have lots of friends and family in that area of NJ and NY.

New Woodford Reserve bourbon release taps the power of the barrel.
Woodford Reserve announced the latest release in its Distillery Series, and this one sets a new bar for special finishes. Woodford Reserve Five Wood Whiskey was aged in five different barrels, layering a unique profile with rich fruit flavors.
The whiskey starts as standard bourbon aged in a standard oak barrel, then is finished in four more, according to the distillery: an Oloroso sherry barrel, an Amontillado sherry barrel, a Ruby Port barrel and a Tawny Port barrel.

Barrels are a very popular subject in Kentucky these days. Thanks for the link.

I think I'm doing a distillery tour tomorrow.
I always thought that if I was down Ky way a distillery tour would be pretty neat. They even have tour packages available to visit multiple distilleries.
