What's put this one back on my mind is that a friend thinks he's just got his hands on the legit Green Crack cut. We'll see about that, but I've already got an idea about what to do with my "Granny Crack" males if that pans out.

I popped a couple and flowered out a little one. Really a beautiful lil gal. Great structure and it threw some frosty buds that reminded me of a garlic heavy everything bagel.

It's been a minute and it was a relatively small sample. I think it was an uplifting stone. Seem to remember thinking it might have wanted to go a bit longer, hard to say, sorry.

Hey guys, I just followed P's STS tutorial - Anybody else using it on here?

When I added the Silver nitrate to the thiosulfate, a precipitate reaction happened, turned foggy white then a little yellow almost like little chunks started to form. I proceed to dilute with 50ml distilled water, shook it and misted away - anybody else get that type of reaction?

Also, after misting my targeted female for reversal, it left a residue. I have no plans to smoke this plant, but is it supposed to leave a residue?

I'm pretty sure I use the same recipe and method as @Schwaggy P does and I don't get the precipitation you're describing. It may well still work and I'm no expert, but it doesn't sound good to me.

One way of knowing for certain if you've made STS, is that it will stain things black when it's dried and exposed to light(not the plants though). If you're not seeing this staining then you've not made STS. I cover the whole immediate area with multiple layers of newspaper before even mixing my STS up for this exact reason.

thank you for your input. What did you spray it on to test something turning black? I’m going to make a new batch today. Maybe the silver nitrate I purchased wasn’t legit....

1st time I used it nothing, now the silver lining in my tent is covered with black spots and blotches.

I'd just try it on some paper

Don't get it on your fingers, seem to recall it can stain them.

Yo schwaggy, just wanted to say thanks for the STS directions. I tried 2 other recipes first that didn't work and I've tried CS that didn't work. This shit worked so good it turned the whole plant let alone the one branch. Finally about to get pollen!

What does a successful reversal look like? I have some branches that are just pollen sacks, but then I have some that are still shooting a few hairs. Will the pollen from the ones shooting a few hairs be hermie pollen or feminized??

I have a Jabba’s Stash F2 female in flower. Thanks to your thread I was able to figure out which pheno I possibly have and what I have to look forward to. Definitely getting melon, spicy , hash and earth in this pheno. Slow in veg but easily almost tripled in flower, all while staying compact.

I intend to run it with a pack of Dominions Burnout Chem, Polecat 91 bx,and Luckydogs Hunza Valley 91

I feel like an ass now... but I grew all of those except schwaggys. No disrespect. When Duke got locked up I got his packs wet out of respect, Lucky Dog b/c I was anxious (& almost missed-out on getting the beans entirely), then Strayfox randomly sent two packs of fem testers so that clogged up the rest of my space (again, no disrespect)

Schwaggy is STILL on my short list! To be honest I’d love a new drop from him so I can either dig deep into one, or play around with several..
