I've got a "recovery" friend... He is convinced that he has to be suffering from something for the rest of his life.. That he can never move on... It sounds awful.

It took me about 40 days... At 30 days I decided I needed to exercise... I went swimming for about 45 mins, twice a day... after about a week of that I felt normal again.

I just ordered Chem 4 x OTM from Sea Of Seeds - Mosca seeds
Dr Greenthumb has a Chem 4 as well.
yeah i don't know what to say about that, Hank..some people feel the need to commiserate..but that is him..you have to want this, there is a little work involved however, on a scale of 1-10 subs and the medicine i've mentioned of ease 8-9..continuing on with those i need and coming to terms with the fact that i've altered my brain permanently..i accept that i will be on lexapro and wellbutrin for the rest of my life and i'm ok with it..i smoke my brains out (way more high than any opioid can EVER deliver) and wake up every morning to fresh, clean sheets, pillows and pj's..pain free with a solid night of sleep..
