if the seeds were in that plastic bag, the bag would of had to been missing for the seeds to be missing. Thats a no brainer, what does the guy think, the bag fell out and then fell back in the package with out the seeds?

Plenty of reputable seedbanks and breeders to get seeds from even several places to get pretty cheap but very good seeds.
