On monday in executive seesion of the Ways and Means Commitee the third substitute bill of SB 5887 was moved forward to the rules commitee with a pass recomendation. Appears that the other bills are now history and that 2149 was actually a diversion.
Sen Frockt and Sen Kohl-Welles attempted to amend 5887 attacking some of the worst apsects of the bill, But unfortunately, Sen Ann Rivers killed 90% of them without regard to patient privacy, rights and fairness.
