Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong with my young lady?

She is 20 days old

I water her every day 1 cup of water or when needed ( moisture meter is detecting dry range)

Water is ph balanced to 6.5

She is on a 24 hr light regime while vegging.

The bottom lower leaves are yellowing and starting to dry.

All the leaves except the top new growths are limp and drooping.

you can review her progress in my sig , its a link to my grow journal.

water her every day 1 cup of water, for one thing one not to water so water comes out the holes on the bottom, and not everyday

dont water every other day unless your soil is dry . a good way to tell is stick you finger in the soil anywhere from a inch or two and if the soil is dry water if its still has moisture wait a day. its easier to fix a under watered plants than over watered .

this is from over watering, you should only water them 2 times a week, if that.
ive experienced this myself :)

also to see how dry: place your finger down the soil until your second knuckle reaches the top of the soil. if your finger tip is dry, theyre thirsty.
still: wait until twice a week, they will actually grow better with less water, weird how that works :)

Could be lack of ventilation , over watering and possible nute burn. I mean from what you describe.

OK so water less... got it

I have read that Cannabis likes drier environments. It's just conflicting when i see them and the leaves are drooping, my initial reaction is to go and give them water because overwatering and underwatering look the same to me. Thank you for the advice and positive energy.

As far as the ventilation is concerned there's not much i can do other than put more fans in the grow room. This is a stealth grow and im limited to how much I can alter the room.

Concerning the nute burn, i have not added any extra nutes to the soil. Its a scott's potting soil mix that has nutes in it already. I am thinking the over-watering caused the release of extra nutes and thats why it might have caused the nute burn.
Thank you for your advice.

When you water, you want to give at least 1 quart water per 1 gallon soil. If you have a 2 gallon pot, it gets 2 quarts...

1 cup is not enough and provides only a "shallow" watering, which is not good for the plant.

As you said, over and under watering look very similar. Cannabis likes to have a wet and dry cycle. They like to be wet and gradually dry out. One sure way to tell is to water thoroughly (more than 1 quart per gallon) until the pot is noticeably heavy. Lift the pot and feel the weight. In a couple days, the pot should be considerably lighter than when you watered it...almost as if the pot is empty. Your plants will start to droop as the soil dries out, indicating it is time to water again.

Try to get your wet/dry cycle down and things will go more smoothly for you. Good luck.

Your soil moisture meter is shit. Throw it away.

The soil holds moisture. The plant is drooping because it's drowning.

Stop watering. Heft the pot to get an idea of the wet weight. Don't water again until it's really really light.

Water thoroughly so all your medium is wet.

i have one of those soil moisture meters. should i use that or the finger method?
