Save me!! What am I doing wrong?

I planted this clone about two weeks ago and I'm trying to do an indoor grow using CFLs (recently I was using those blue tinted plant lights). Within the last week it's taking a dive slowly but surely.
I'm too green and inexperienced to diagnose plant problems myself, but with the expertise knowledge on this site, I'm sure some "In-House Docs" can recognize the problem and suggest treatment.

Definitely too many nutes, i would flush and it looks like your pH might be a bit off from the curling leaves

you need to put it in a larger container. flush by running plain water through the media. get it replanted first tho.
