Does this plant look right or healthy? I’m a lil worried. I know sativas don’t have a lot of leaves and grow tall I’m just a little worried.

I am growing in 20% FFOF , 40% FF Light warrior and 40%perlite.
Light: MarsHydro TS1000 24/0 18” from the top of the leaves.
Temp: 75F RH: 78%
Ventilation: 2 oscillating clip fans and cloudline T4 inline exhaust fan.
Water: Well water @ ph 8.2 but added a .5ml of silica blast and then ph’d to 6.5. Ppm is 210. I watered yesturday until 20% runoff and the runoff ph was 6.5 and ppm was 1410 but I think that is due to the FFOF.

the plant is day 13 Week 2 of the seedling stage and I LST’d her yesturday. It’s my first time using LST so sorry if I did a bad job.

It's fine, but I wouldn't do any training for a couple more weeks, no benefit at this stage, and you might possibly damage it. Good luck!

Should I release it from the training and support it and let grow naturally for a week or 2? Or just leave it alone and hope for the best?

Ok so i readjusted the LST on Pineapple express , raised the humidity a little bit and watered with ph of 6.5 with .5ml of silica blast and switched the light schedule to a 18/6.

Here is a before and after pic of about a 24 hour period.AD000ED4-5370-4D2E-BAB9-A01230A331FD.jpegE18B5071-64FD-40CD-933C-D596F9C956DA.jpeg0D40634D-9FF4-4AD5-97BF-3B0F18720B6E.jpeg751BAF15-A3DB-4A11-A944-1180C4F9EC33.jpeg
