Sap Suckers! HELP

Hello everyone, I'm having an irritating problem with this unknown sap sucker. Can anyone identify? I am inMolokai, Hawaii around 1400ft if that helps. Noticed them only on my eggplants but I'm afraid they may move to my other solanaceous plants. Also are there any recommendations on how I can treat this problem?

Looks like thrips...get an alcohol pad and wipe them up.

I know it's been a few weeks but those look like keeled treehoppers. Here's a link to some people chatting about how to get rid of them.
