That's what I used to think but some states have their own buearo of investigation and they take some seeds and sometimes let them go by, but they are recorded. Not sure how they know, only way for me to get seeds now is to ship them to another state and have my friend ship them to me. BTW I just placed an order with Sannie today! We'll see how it goes!

Hey brotha try Sannies Herculies! I have grown killing feilds and wasn't to impressed but ALOT of people like that so don't get dissapointed I may have fucked the girl up or something!

I have never had a problem getting my beans from Sannies! But he WILL get them to you! If they are lost he will replace them! Just give them some time brotha Sannies is on the fucking level and a stand up breeder!

Bad news for us sannie fans in the USA, he is no longer shipping to the USA thru the regular mail. He is only sending packages thru shipping that you would need to sign for so he can make sure you recieve it. i guess he is having to many issues with people not getting there seeds or (scammers) saying they didnt get them when they did.

How do you know you have to sign for it? he could still send them no signiture and the tracking will tell if the package arrived? BTW your avatar looks like a cross between herijuana and Ko kush

In the thread Jcashman posted a link from, someone asked sannie to send them with no signature required. sannie said he will look into that but as of this moment it will be signature required......so we will see. i have never ordered seeds from anywhere but sannies. i have a lot of his stuff and he still has quite a few that i wanna try. i just cant bring myself to sign for seeds, i would rather him just not guarantee arrival.....oh and my avatar is el monstre lol.

i bet if u emailed him and explained that you trust him enough to not worry about a guarantee as long as you didnt have to sign, he would work with you.
at worst, if he says no, you'll be in the same situation you are in now

Sannie says he cannot sleep at night and his entire day is ruined with complaints and threats and people calling him every name in the book.

Well sannie needs to realize that there is a serious problem with his shipping dept. I'm not a liar or a scammer and twice in a row, two separate orders I didn't get and sannie had to re-ship. I've ordered from Castle seeds over a dozen times and my shit has never been lost or confiscated. Twice in a row with sannies. Something is up.

I have to admit, after reading this thread I am abit worried about my order.
I made the order in full faith from all the great reviews I have read about Sannie.
I have never had an order not make it to me on the first attempt, with the proper products.
Hope that trend continues.

It happened to me a few month ago. I ordered chocolate rain, new blue desiel and indica pack. After 3 or 4 weeks I got a letter inside the bubble invelope from sannies. It was from US agriculture stating unknown seeds. Yea right some fucker growin my shit! I emailed Sannies and he reshipped in a small box got all my seeds, madshack freebies and a package of spongepot seed starters. All in all took 2 months but I got my beans. I scanned and email the letter to him. He allways responded quick. I had the same thing happen from an order from marijuanaseeds.nl but the letter was from US Customs. They resent the order as well. So hang in there and you should get them. Had many orders from the Attitude and no issues but they use Royal Mail...
