Sannies Extrema Question

Preparing for my next grow and I have some concerns that need addressed.
I know Extrema is a a smelly girl but I wanted to know what to expect. I have a 2x4x5 grow tent with a 250hps aircooled with a 130 cfm fan/filter combo. The whole setup is inside a large closet vented into the attic and out through roof vents of a 2 story home. I plan on doing a 2 plant scrog with a 2x2.5 screen with plants in 2 gallon containers.

I grew 1 large kandy kush in in the set up and a pineapple express b4 that. Both stank pretty good but you ccould never smell it in the house. Just wanted to know from someone who has grown this how intense the smell is, do you think my odor control is suffecient, and how much stretch to expect?

the extrema pheno i was growing may have been a little light in the yield department.
but heavy duty in the potency deptartment.

you'll never forget your first bowl, splif, or bong rip of extrema.

just picked up an extrema cut, from a fine fine fine farmer, that's used in a production set up... much better yielder & still very dank.

I've been growing Extrema for a year now from a mother that was selected out of 12 beans for potetency, yield and stability (there is a phenotype in Sannies Extrema that herms super easy). No doubt about the potency, I think I have yet to smoke another Indica dominant strain that stones you out like Extrema..............and the best thing about it, you don't really build a tolerance for the smoke, at least I haven't after smoking the same plant for almost a year now. Cuts root in about 6-8 days and it responds well to nutes throughout the entire 12-1600 ppm range until late in flower when it likes less nutes. The down side to this smoke is after about a month you'll wish it had the flavor a lot of the kush or haze strains do and you'll find out real quick which of your friends smokes for flavor and who smokes because they have ADHD and don't care about the flavor. Aside from the lack of true "chronic" taste and it's tendency to herm, Extrema is a smooth smoke with a great body buzz as well as a great socializing stimulator and anti depressant too. Very happy stoned and if you have problems with paranoia this is one of the better strains to smoke.....just understand, not much flavor (which is reflected in the price) and not a huge yielder.

How long do u flower your Extrema? Does it take to training(Topping, Fimming, Lsting) do u think I can achieve 2 ounces a 2.5 gallon Hempy Bucket with Extrema?or is it a real low yielder?

As far as I'm concerned the only way to grow Extrema is by fimming and scrogging. It's got a nice stretch to it after switching to 12/12 as long as you don't hit it with high p-k values early in flower and the phenotype really determines how long to flower for. Some of them are 7 weaks and others are ten and depending on preference, you could let some of them go beyond 11 weeks. 2.5 ounces is average if your an experienced grower for this plant in a 2 gallon bucket, however, once again it depends on phenotype. 2.5 is average though. Worth mentioning is don't expect any of the phenotypes to jump out at you like other strains, you really need to smoke each plant you've picked for yield/stability before choosing one for potency/flavor.

3 days before start of week 7. So I have a couple phenos on the 6 extremas I'm growing out now. I have mothered all 6 and need the room in my veg room for clones off a Super Lemon Haze I have. So is that big cola the chemD pheno and little cola on left the herojuana pheno? Right now, that donkey dick bud plant is looking like my choice for a mother, but someone told me the herojuana tastes better. I grew out harojuana before and it was nice, but not impressed after growing for a year. Should I just keep all the extrema mothers and smoke out each plant before I kill the rest of the mothers? What do you think?
