OP, it would depend on your space!

First off, for flower and full cycle growing you want 3000k or 3500k optimally.

As for which strips to use, the single row strips are much preferable even though you'll need to spend twice as much on heatsinks since you need to use twice the strips. (However, the heatsink cost is almost the same anyways since you use half the width of heatsink doing single rows)

For a 2x2', 2x4', 3x3', or 5x5' tent I would always use the samsung LT-562B strips. 22" length and single row. Then run them at 50-75% max current, so 25-37 watts each or so.

For a 4x4' or 4x8' tent, I would use the samsung LT-FB22B strips which are 44" single row. Still ran at 50-75% max current, so 50-75w each.

Too bad you don't have single strips for better coverage.
Right?

No. Those are bottom barrel LED diodes. I bought a bunch of those 5630 SMD LED diodes a few years ago for 3$ a 2 foot strip and replaced some lights in my house with em. But for growing, they're junk!!!!

These are the LED strips I was recommending. The 22" long, single row samsung f series strips.

Each will go up to 50 watts. I run mine at 32 watts each though.

Check my sig if you wanna see how they look in a 3x3' grow tent.

80x80 is a bit of a poor fit for led strips perhaps, but I have some of these and they are great (Including driver!): https://www.ebay.nl/itm/5x-TCI-Linear-LED-strip-board-23W-3000K-3540lm-154lm-W-CRI80-Drivers-included/222366303179

Samsung strips are better, but they are twice (if not more) as expensive. So if you want something relatively cheap and still good then those TCI strips are a good fit. Many people here on the forum use these. So you can find some grow reports with those too see that they really do deliver.
