What's everyones opinion of these strips. I think I'm gonna order some of the 560mm 4k L06 strips. The L09s are super pricey and a little better. But I dont need the l09s I think the L06s putting out over 6,xxx lumens per stick.

Yes the F-series do come in 1ft.

@whytewidow I just finished a build with the double row f-series; stick with the single row, the double rows get too hot (I have them on 2" heatsinks with thermal adhesive).

The H inFlux_L06 put out more lumens than the F series. I have two lights already built with single row f562b I love them. I didnt go with double rows either for the same exact reason. The L06 560mm have 88 lm301b diodes as apposed to 72 on the 562b strips. I just thought for the third light I build I'd go with the H inFlux_L06's and I got a decent deal on them. So that's what I ordered.

f-series still offers more bang for the buck
Not now price wise. F series are outrageous. I bought them before everyone started buying them up. And using them. I got the f562b for like 5 bucks a strip. Now they are $15.×× per strip. I got the H inFlux_L06's for 8 bucks a strip. And they have more diodes per strip. And more lumen. And max out on mA higher. I love my two f series lights I have running now. Jus thought I'd switch it up this build. And use both f562b strip and H inFlux_L06 strips. Should be a decent light.

I had never even heard of those until now. Not too many people talking about them either after searching around a bit. I wonder what gives? I got the samsungs to hold me over until the plc strips came back into stock anyway - I like the idea of the board having integrated reds. I heard samsung was coming out with one like that too.

are you high?

L06 in 3000k puts out 5630lm @1450mA and costs right now 21,49 eur @ digikey

F562B in 3000k puts out 5671lm @ 1400mA and costs right now 13,90 eur @ digikey

that's nearly double the price for the same output!?

They get just as hot as they need to. They should be circa 50C if your room is at an acceptable temp. Unlike HID, you will not lose any skin by touching any surface of these lights.

2" by 1.12m should equal about 90square inches, so you should be good, nowhere near likely to damage the lights.

only newbies ask dumb questions, "well known members" should know better and use their brains first before asking dumb stuff. it's called being independent (of others). works with all aspects of life, you should try it once. didn't your parents teach you anything like that?

Look how stupid you are. No one said shit about 3k. The 4k puts out over 6,xxx lumen at typ. The f series f562b in 4k puts out 4500 lumen. So are you high. Bc your post makes you look stupid
Bc you're not right. You are wrong. Even at max it doesnt put out 6,xxx lumen. So you might wanna learn how to read a data sheet. And not only are you wrong about the lumen. If you read the post you would see I said I paid 8 bucks a strip for the H inFlux_L06. And the f562b in 4k are 17 bucks bucks. So you're wrong on both. Do I need to post screen shots of the datasheet and price so you can learn to read datasheets. Now who looks stupid. Please bounce out of my thread.

The f series at 4k put out 4500 lumen at typ. And the H inFlux_L06 at typ put out 6110 lumen. So you tried to be all smart n shit with your post. And it back fired. Not only are you wrong on both your statements. The L06 has more diodes per strip. If you're gonna talk shit at least be right next time so you dont look so stupid. Even if you run the L06s at min they still put out more lumen per strip than the f series. Not only are you wrong about which one put out more lumen. Your wrong about what the f562b puts out. The f562b in 3k doesnt even put out more than 5k at max current. Let alone 5630 lumen like you posted. So hop on outta my thread. K thanks.

I like those heatsinks. But man they are pricey. Over 100 bucks each us funds.
