all is well, 12/12 in early july so at about 7weeks. Decided to take a test to gauge maturity. being that the girl is staying with a friend the cutting wasnt taken in my presence. it was taken from the top of one of the buds, assumeing from the main colas although havent gotta a look at the damage yet.

Just wondering if it is a bad idea to sample from the main colas while still growing. somewhat assume this will adversely affect growth as this is where new growth will be coming from.

How bad should the reprimand be for the minions?

But past being past what are some favorite quick dry methods?

well as for chopping the top of a cola, that is a bad idea. I would normally suggest a quick and brutal punishment for the worker bees, but for this occasion a stern warning should suffice. I dont condone cutting a bud until it is ripe but having said that if i need a little sample (for scientific purposes of course) i'll wrap my bud in a paper towel, put a few drops of water on it and microwave (shudder) on 40% heat for about 10 seconds a pop, after every time opening the towel and airing the bud out for 30 seconds, then reapeating about 5 times, making sure the bud is still pretty moist, then i chop it up and leave it out on the table for a couple hours and by this point it shoudl be okay to smoke. Just make sure you dont cook it in the microwave, patience is the key.... though if that were something we had this post wouldnt be nessisary.
