Same amount of water as last week, much less runoff?

As title states.. I'm giving my girl (10th day of 12/12) 1 quart of water every 4-5 days and the first 2 waterings I got like 3/4 cup run of runoff water. Today I have her a drink and her first dose of tiger bloom but got MUCH less runoff.. Was the soil still to wet?(felt as dry as other waterings, maybe a tad bit less dry)
She has stretched pretty good and i transplanted her into a bigger pot 2 days before 12/12 so maybe more roots = less runoff?
Dirt may be too compact?

Your plants don't have a steady requirement for water;it changes over time - wait until the last two to three weeks of flowering and you are gonna' see some real increase in water requirements.
When I first started growing, I tried to work on a watering sked too...but I ended up with overwatering and under watering as the plants needs changed. Now, I just put my index finger in the soil up to the second knuckle and if it's dry I water and if it's damp I don't. It has worked out much better that way.

Water when dry and until you get some runoff. Don't worry about it beyond that.

Possibly the soil is much dryer meaning its absorbing more water. Just a guess.
