No. No one knows how to extract MDA from a tree because its a synthetic chemical. Safrole is steam distilled from the rootbark of certain trees. It is typically then oxidized via a Wacker oxidation process to make MDP2P which is then reductively amminated with ammonia to make MDA or methylamine to make mdma. There's lots of other routes but you'd be best served by taking a year of organic chem so you coupd actually understand what you're doing and get experience doing it safely.

i can tell you if you make a strong sassafrass tea , and put it in the fridge overnight , The essicental oils will have become a semi-solid mass on top of the water

Then heat it all backup add sugar and enjoy

Shred root bark. Pump steam through it and condense. It gets done in the jungle so it cant be too high tek. It's after you have the safrole that it gets technical.

The steam distillation is the easy part. The logging operation you need to get enough root bark to make it worthwhile is the major hurdle.

If you're a newbie and dreaming.. you are better off buying M1 online.

I would recommend trading the Safrole to someone who makes MDMA. As far as getting enough root bark.. no problem. Look for an area where sassafrass trees grow like northern indiana which has been hit by a tornado tearing the trees out. Watch the news during tornado season, little google maps and some luck and you're set.
