S&P TD 125 or Vortex VTX400?

what do you guys think? have a budget of around 100-10 max for ventilation of VERY small space 2x3.5x3.5. Will be vegging and flowering under 330 watts of PLL T5 fluoro tubes. I have the option to externally ballast the room but I'm not sure there will be much heat to begin with. main issue is effective ventilation + ultimate silence. Looked at the TD silent series but they were out of my budget even with the 4 inch.

Well that's a pretty small space.

You didnt say if you were using a carbon filter or not. If you're not, then consider a duct "booster". They move a decent amount of air, but don't have the pressure to run through a filter.

If you're using a filter, then consider getting a bigger fan than you think you need, and run it on a speed controller. If you lower the speed of the fan it'll decrease the noise.

probably going to use a small 4 inch carbon filter.
