I've just had my 1 st successful run at producing seed, it was a selfing program using clones,
How pure will those seeds be , to the original plant considering I pollinated the clones ?

If you made a female plant polinate its self then it should be pretty much a perfect copy imo.

way I understand things is: S1 will show you what recessive genes lie beneath the surface

The percentage of heterozygous individuals obtained in F2 generation from selfing the plants with genotype Rr would be 50. This is because in F2 generation the ratio between heterozygous and homozygous is 1:1. It means that it yields two homozygous individuals and 2 heterozygous individuals. Hence the final answer is 50%
