Rust on older leaves

I have rust chasing my grow. Its only on lower leaves and gets worse as you go down the plant. Curious if its a magnesium deficiency.

Feed is ro water mixed with .45 ec at 5.8-6.0 ph with cal/mag... I thinknl maybe I'm not adding enough cal mag because when I make my feed I make concentrates and then dilute with clean ro water.

Currently adding 2mg a gal of cal mag to concentrate feed. It then gets diluted with around 1:3 concentrate:water.

Is this making my cal mag intake too low? That stuff puts in a lot of ec.

Thanks

Maybe manganese deficiency? This looks like my symptoms as well... maybe I should lower ph to around 5.5 to 5.6?

5.8 is a good number throughout the cycle, seems like you're overwatering her, look at all that green algae

Yeah it does. toxicity/def is to hard to diagnose without really knowing more. but from what I can see I agree. Your ph probably took a shit and locked out mg/other things from overwatering

I'd be skeptical about the DIY concentrate. I know its totally possible but its a variable you have to account for and an extra thing to go wrong.

I try to keep all the variables at a minimum so if something starts to take a crap on me its easier to diagnose. If your running a proper room/feed/environment/blank grow media it makes it alot easier to deal with IMHO. All can be bought and dialed pretty cheap if you put your head to it.

Could try a Cal/mag foliar and raise the ph up. Honestly a slurry test could potentially help as well to find out whats going on in the rootzone. definately dry the media out some too. Are you in coco coir? you have to treat it slightly different then promix..however such a small plant still can be overwatered in coco with big pots. I did it before.

Sorry all this thread exploded.

Feed schedule is 2 times a day in coco Perlite mix. This was not a small plant big pot issue as that puc was taken moments after transplanting from solo cup. The green algae may be something bit I attributed this more to having lights on 24 hrs.

I have all autos so keep lights on at all times.

As far as the concentrate I mix nutes in 5 gal buckets with ro water. I have to make concentrates with veg ec of concentrate around 1.7 so I dilute woth clean ro until I hit my desired ec range.

How concentrated are these concentrates?
Like 1.7 ec for veg and like 2.5 for flower... I then mix with clean ro water to dilute until desired ec is reached... how else would you do it without concentrate? Are you mixing nutes for desired ec? If so how would you do that for super low ec lvls like .4 for seedlings?

Why would ph take a shit from overwatering? Not understanding how adding 5.8 water to the 5.8 water already in there raises ph... can you explain please? Thanks

I was thinking you meant mixing multiple bottles (like part A and B) directly together and then adding that combination to water...my mistake.

Sorry I can't be of much help beyond that. I tried drain-to-waste for a few grows and had a lot of plants that looked like yours in the seedling phase. I think it was from a combo of low humidity, overfeeding, and overwatering. I never really got it figured out, switched to organic soil and have had no similar issues since.

Very interesting... thats the one crappy thing about my tent is I only have space for one. I always find myself in between cycles in the same tent, some in seedling while others in flower. Because of this my humidity is around 47 to 57 percent to not mold ripened buds... wonder if that's it...

She is a wedding cheesecake but the seedling I planted at the same time, Bruce banner, is doing great. Must be a strain thing with humidity issues maybe?
