Run off seedlings in coco?

hi
I start germinating some seeds and I put them in 4 gal smart pots should I run off watering at first weeks or not?i hear people who said that coco have to be moist all time...and I'm a bit confused because I don't what to overkill seedlings with to much water ...

It's easier to start seedlings in smaller pots. I usually use red plastic cups.

If you really did start them in 4 gallon smart pots you're going to have time real careful not to over water. Growth will be slow till roots are established.

To answer your question if the coco was wet before you planted the seeds then you don't need to water it, and you don't need run off so early.

Yes I already place them.... It's one week now starting to grow the second true pair ...I have an coco line should I start some voodoo juice ?
