Hi,
I've got some strained tincture inside a repurposed amber kombucha bottle w/a plastic twist top. If I stored this on the window sill nook to gather warmth and decarb better over time, would that be safe? It would obviously be dangerous to do this in New Mexico in the summer but I'm in Northern CA and it's winter.
