RSO Legality in the state of California

Does anyone know the exact legality as it pertains to producing and selling RSO oil in California?

It would be the same rules as any other concentrate

All I know is that if you have your 215 in California they can no longer do anything about concentrates because it is now recognised as a medicine. But you have to have your 215

Depending on the cop, they will lock you up. Any concentrate is a felony. I personally know 3 folks in the past 18 months who caught a felony or faced one and was used as a bargain chip in plea deals. I believe prop 47 will save you from jail time though. They don't lock up drug addicts anymore.

Concentrates are no longer felonies. They are now considered medicine just like the flower as long as you have your 215. But I guess it would matter where in California you live. I live in Mendocino county. Its a life style here. Laws may differ from county to county

Also depends where you are in Cali. Im in San Jose, where technically the only legal extracts are water and co2. Even edibles were removed from most places.

Edibles and such must be made on location. Kinda lame how they changed up the rules a bit..

there are sections of prop 215 that say that the county you live in can arrest you. because the sheriffs are contracted through the county.

now if it were a CHP, they are a state cop, and you would go to a STATE court where the judge will throw it out.
