Royal Queen Seeds problem

Has anyone had any trouble with Royal Queen Seeds? I purchased some in Amsterdam and the popped seeds won't sprout. Never had this problem before...

Bought 2 Amnesia Haze....both popped only one sprouted...it is what it is. About 3-4 weeks from harvest.The bud is dank and dense.Took 12 cuttings all took to root. Yeah it would have been nice to have another pheno type. Nothing is guaranteed.

I and friends have grown a few of their strains from freebies from Attitudes. Didn't have any problems with them.
